I’m not an artist but text usually doesn’t catch peoples attention as easily as images do. And right now, I have something to say:

Hetalia fandom, you are stepping outside the line with your asks and actions toward tumblr user Fangirlsanctuary. I don’t know her personally, but no one is deserving of such hateful words. How can you submit such horrible things not once, but hundreds of times?

This is tumblr, for god’s sake. A supposed haven for understanding and forgiving, is it not? Yes, there are bad people out there, but do you really want this fandom to become one of them?

Calling someone, anyone, a rapist is inappropriate.
But telling someone to die, fuck themselves, and/or burn in hell isn’t? Think of what you are saying! She has recognized that what she did was neither funny or appropriate and I believe that this is honesty.

I don’t contribute to this fandom and have not for a long time but I cannot sit here so effortlessly while people pick away at her so personally. Despite the fact that people have been spamming her askbox with hatemail for the past few hours, She has 1.) left her ask box open in order to give apologies to those who feel they deserve one, and 2.) as far as I can see, she has not lashed out or made threats to anyone who has consulted her. For that, she is not only brave but has a hell of a lot more decency than the most of you have shown today.

That said, what justification do you have left?
